HEH Players Earn Weekly Honors in Hockey East and Atlantic Hockey

Nolan Stevens (Northeastern) and Zach Todd (Mercyhurst) were both singled out for their efforts this past weekend.  Stevens took home Hockey East Player of the Week and Todd was named Atlantic Hockey Defensive Player of the Week.

Nolan Stevens - NORTHEASTERN

Nolan Stevens (Sea Isle City, N.J.) netted his first career hat trick in a 4-1 win over #11 BU Saturday. The Huskies' senior captain netted the game-winning goal in the outing, bringing his point total in his last two games to five (4g, 1a). The win propelled Northeastern into second place in the league standings (3-0-0).

Zach Todd – MERCYHURST
 
Todd was an offensive force for Mercyhurst, tallying five points in two games at #17 Penn State last weekend. He scored twice in the Lakers’ 7-4 win over the Nittany Lions on Friday, then added another goal and two assists in a 7-5 loss on Saturday. He finished the weekend with a plus-4 rating and three blocked shots.
